Your journey to Filics

Our process is designed to give both sides a real understanding of each other. Every stage offers a different perspective and a chance to meet different members of our team. This is as much about you getting to know us as it is about us getting to know you. You will experience how we think, how we work, and what it feels like to be part of Filics. And we will get to understand who you are, how you approach challenges, and what drives you. Because the best decisions are made when both sides know exactly what they are getting into.

Where it all begins. A conversation to understand who you are and what drives you, and for you to discover if Filics is where you belong.

Domain-specific challenges

60 min each — remote

Up to three sessions where we dive deep into your area of expertise. How you approach problems, how you work through complexity, and how you arrive at solutions.

Experience day

4–6 h — in our Munich office

A full day at our office in Munich where you experience Filics firsthand. Meet the team, see our robots in action, and have meaningful conversations with the people you would work with every day.

Offer call

45 min — remote

After the interviews and the experience day, we bring everything together. If the team agrees that you belong here, this is the call where we invite you to join our vision.
